My room, a superior king studio, came with a relaxing spa bath and a cozy sofa bed - perfect for lounging around. the electric kettle, refrigerator, and kitchenware were nice touches to have handy 🛁.

Check in was pleasant and we were upgraded which made us feel special. Much appreciated. Lovely clean units and the grounds beautiful. Staff very pleasant and we would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The motel is in good, tidy condition at a reasonable price, and close to town,and walking distance to several restaurants. The room was clean and the, beds were quite comfortable.

It was very hot during our stay, there is no air conditioning just a rusty old fan in the wardrobe which we didn't want to use. We were in a downstairs unit and were kept awake by footsteps on the creaky floor in the room above, until midnight, Despite the heat I did not use the pool which was less than sparkling, with numerous dead leaves and muck on the bottom. With a little more effort, this would be a great place to stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a motel in Napier. The value for money was very good, especially considering the great location. The motel was lovely and just a short walk away from both the town centre and the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, although a bit tight, were well equipped with all the basic amenities you would need. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having a pedestal fan and heater available. it was a very good experience.

All in all, my stay at this motel was great.

Very warm welcome from host.She's very kind to wait us till late 21.00 and help us find the way to motel although we're not good in English.we're really love this motel.

The location is fantastic, very close to shops, the waterfront, a supermarket, the beach.

The room was lovely and fresh when we arrived. The staff were friendly. Pleasantly surprised that room was cleaned daily.

5min by car to city, good parking and walking distance to city as well.

Everything was fine nothing.

Convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable and modern facilities.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from the unit above us and the need for some updating, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite these small issues, we still believe that Bk'S Fountain Court Motel offers great value for the price.

The soundproofing could be improved to ensure a quieter and more peaceful environment.
